Starter Pack 3: Emails

Email Names Matter

We have created some unique packages which will benefit your website’s running and improve your reach, thus increasing your audience and brand recognition. The next starter pack that we recommend is our email one, to project a professional image of yourself and your business with (an) email(s) that match(es) your site’s name.

Overview

Email Accounts

Amount

You can have as many email accounts/addresses as you need. Emails with a domain representing a business are perceived as more reliable, trustworthy, and easier to remember than generic ones.

Autoresponders

They can be set up to notify senders that you’re out of the office, unavailable or simply need some time to get back to them. Autoresponders can be permanent or can be scheduled for specific period of time.

Authentication

Our DKIM authentication and SPF validation mail protocols helps to prevent email spoofing, phishing and spam.

Migrator

We can migrate (transfer over) your existing emails in a quick, secure and efficient way using our automated email migrator tool.

Email Access Options

Forwarders

We can redirect any “name@YourDomainName” email address to another email address of your choice. The disadvantage is that you will need to reply from the other email address; not the domain one.

Mail Client

Let us know the type of client that you wish to use (iOS for iPhone, MacOS, Windows Live Mail, Microsoft Outlook) and get your emails directly to your computer/laptop, also free of charge. We can send you the autoconfig file or the IMAP and SMTP settings to configure your mail client manually, and you’ll follow the instructions in your email client. See email configuration FAQs, Mac Mail configuration and Microsoft Outlook configuration.

Webmail

This is a free email service to accessed directly your mails online.

You go to htpps://YourDomainName/webmail, enter your email and its password to log in and you use the platform interface to manage your emails. This is free of charge but not as convenient as other options. See Webmail tuto and Webmail FAQs.

Gmail

Use your own domain name with Gmail and manage your business email from different devices.

To take advantage of this perk, you only need to have your own free Gmail account. It includes up to 15 GB of storage per inbox, which is a considerable amount of space to use. Next you’ll configure Gmail to import emails from your domain name (download all the messages from your website hosting/server) and to send emails from your domain name. This option will give you an easy-to-use interface to manage your business correspondence and will reduce server space and resources use. See Gmail configuration.

If you do not have a Gmail account, we can assist you with creating one that matches your domain name.

We can also assist you with setting up Gmail to work with your domain name, configure receiving and sending emails, verify your domain name with Gmail, and transfer over your existing emails in your Gmail inbox.

Google Workspace

Join millions of businesses that run on premium versions of Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet and more.

If you choose to have a paid Google Workspace account (previously known as GSuite), you can take advantage of more features, higher limits, shared drives for your team, and familiar tools that include AI in every plan.

We then set your domain’s MX records and SPF record to Google, update your DKIM key, and authenticate email. See G Workspace FAQs and G Workspace support.
